|
|
Hello,
I am working with OVP in order to explore its capabilities.
I am currently working in examples with cache hierarchies and I want to model a platform with several cores, each one with its own cache hierarchy.
Is it possible to model this kind of systems with ovp?
Thank you and best regards. |

Dear CalvoAd,
Thank you for the post and question. It is possible to model cache hierarchy in a multiprocessor system with OVP. How to do it depends on the purpose, as there are a couple of different ways to model cache, providing different trade offs between performance and accuracy.
I will contact you directly to discuss this.
Best,
