I would like to know is there NoC based MPSoC besides bus based for communicate processors with each other

There are some examples that have been created using the packetnet interface to create a NoC between peripherals.

Install the package Demo_Xilinx_Zynq_SafePower and take a look at the Example at Imperas/Demo/Platforms/Xilinx_Zynq_zc702_PL_NoC which shows a generic NoC that was created.
There are also specific examples of NoCs created as part of the European SafePower project at Xilinx_Zynq_zc702_PL_NostumNoC and Xilinx_Zynq_zc702_PL_TTELNoC
